Today a great struggle of momentous importance is going on in the international communist movement. The revolutionary Marxist-Leninists are upholding the purity of Marxism-Leninism and holding high the bright red banner of revolutionary struggle against imperialism, capitalism and all reaction. Meanwhile a new brand of opportunists, based on the anti-Leninist theory of “three worlds”, are reviling Marxism- Leninism as “outdated” and are shamelessly flaunting the most cowardly capitulation to world imperialism, especially to U.S.-led Western imperialism. This theory of “three worlds” is not really new or original, being only the most recent form of Khrushchovite modern revisionism and a warmed-over rehash of Titoism. But the work of Comrades Mao Tsetung and Enver Hoxha in leading the struggle against modern Khrushchovite revisionism has not gone in vain. Today, opposed to the “three worlders” and all revisionism and opportunism, the revolutionary Marxist-Leninists are rallying around the banner of the Seventh Congress of the Party of Labor of Albania and upholding the revolutionary authority of Comrade Enver Hoxha, leader of the international communist movement in the difficult period following the death of the great Marxist-Leninist, Chairman Mao Tsetung.
The Chinese capitalist-roaders and right opportunists are the center of the new international opportunist trend based on the theory of “three worlds”. These revisionists are corroding China from within, restoring capitalism, and selling China to imperialism. It was Teng Hsiao-ping who put forth the theory of “three worlds”. Teng Hsiao-ping was the chief henchman of China’s Khrushchov, Liu Shao-chi, whose bourgeois reactionary headquarters was denounced and overthrown in Chairman Mao’s Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution. Chairman Mao said of Teng Hsiao-ping that he “mak(es) no distinction between imperialism and Marxism.” Today socialism in China is in grave danger. The right opportunists and capitalist-roaders seized power by a coup d’etat shortly after the death of Chairman Mao and are dancing on Chairman Mao’s grave. They have restored Teng Hsiao-ping to high position, they are reversing the verdicts of the earth-shaking Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, and they are dismantling the dictatorship of the proletariat. Furthermore, opportunism is an international bourgeois counter-revolutionary trend. It is the “three worlders” who have trampled on and split from the international Marxist-Leninist communist movement and brought their disagreements with the revolutionary Marxist-Leninists out before the eyes and ears of the imperialists. The Chinese revisionists have pulled together a motley assortment of degenerate elements and capitulators around the world to follow the yellow banner of “three worlds”. In the U.S., this includes the Klonskyite OL (now treacherously calling itself the “Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist)”) and an assortment of intellectualist sects and commando squads of social-chauvinism. Countless facts prove that the Chinese revisionists are intriguing in the U.S. to wreck the unity of the American proletariat and sabotage the reconstitution of the genuine Marxist-Leninist Party of the proletariat.
The fight against imperialism is impossible without at the same time waging a most determined fight against opportunism and revisionism of all hues, including against the new international opportunist trend based on “three worlds”. Today when one denounces U.S. imperialist chieftain and segregationist slaver Carter, the opportunists jump up to prettify Carter as merely a weak “appeaser” who should be egged on to apply the iron fist in war hysteria against the Soviet Union. Today when one denounces bloodthirsty U.S. imperialism, the opportunists jump up to advocate allying with U.S. imperialism and helping U.S. imperialism fight harder against its equally imperialist rival, the Soviet New Tsars. When one denounces U.S. war preparations, the opportunists jump up to advocate building more B-l bombers, Trident submarines and neutron bombs to massacre the world’s people. When one denounces the growing fascism of the U.S. monopoly capitalist state, the opportunists sing psalms to “bourgeois democracy”. When one supports the national liberation struggles, the opportunists jump up to glorify the infamous butchers and hangmen, U.S. puppets like Mobutu of “Zaire” (Congo-K), the Shah of Iran and even the Chilean fascists like Pinochet as alleged fighters against superpower hegemonism. The domestic “three worlders”, the Klonskyite Pentagon-socialists who advocate “directing the main blow at the Soviet Union” with the help of neutron bombs, and the Chinese revisionists, with their connections with the international imperialist press and their vicious international intrigues and gossips, have joined in a holy alliance against communism, against revolution and in favor of strengthening U.S. imperialism.
Therefore a most resolute struggle against revisionism and opportunism is on the agenda! The proletariat will never consent tq be slaves for the U.S. imperialists and meekly go to war to slaughter their class brothers abroad for the sake of the greater glory of the U.S. imperialist empire. The COUSML has been leading the great struggle against the social-chauvinism (socialism in words, chauvinism in deeds) of the domestic Klonskyite Pentagon socialists. But this struggle is only one part of an international struggle. On a world-wide scale, the forces of revolutionary Marxism-Leninism are rallying and uniting against the constant interference and intrigues of the new international opportunist trend based on the theory of “three worlds”. It is impossible to fight imperialism, even in the slightest, without coming up against international opportunism. We must follow Chairman Mao’s behest, uphold his revolutionary teachings against those who are dancing on his grave, and openly condemn the Chinese revisionists as renegades and traitors. Shame on Teng Hsiao-ping and the Chinese revisionists! All glory to the revolutionary teachings of Comrades Mao Tsetung and Enver Hoxha! All glory to Marxism-Leninism and proletarian internationalism!
