The peoples of Indochina have been waging, and continue to wage a determined and heroic struggle for peace, democracy, national liberation and socialism. The interests of the proletariat in the USNA lie in the closest unity and support for the liberation of the peoples of Indochina, for “no nation can be free if it oppresses another.” (Marx).
Therefore, our Party solidly supports the just struggle of the peoples throughout the whole of Indochina. This Congress sends comradely greetings to our Indochinese comrades.
